Hey Dot & Key 💙 I genuinely love your products, especially the Gentle Face Wash, which my mom with sensitive skin absolutely loves, and your Lip Plumping Mask. I’m honestly obsessed with the colour, the feeling, and everything about it. 🥹💙 I recently tried the tiny trial pack of your 72HR Hydrating Gel Moisturizer from Flipkart Minutes and, unfortunately, it didn’t work for my skin. I patch-tested it first, but I experienced a burning/tingling sensation and noticed what seemed like comedogenic acne after using it. 😭 I was honestly disappointed because I really wanted to love it too. Since I genuinely love the brand and have bought and enjoyed so many of your products, I’d really appreciate it if the team could do something for me regarding this experience. I’d also honestly love to try more of your products that might suit my skin better. 🥹💙✨
