I am an nsave customer and a freelance engineer in Pakistan. I am contacting you directly because my funds have now been held for 15 days and support has given me no resolution. On 1 July 2026, Upwork sent $28,750.06 to the USD receiving details nsave issued to me: account 30000009781347, routing 028000024, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA. I hold the ACH item receipt from the originating bank. It confirms the funds were credited on 2 July 2026, transaction code 22, trace 091000012530097, item status Processed, return status Not Available for Return. Upwork's payment processor separately confirms the transfer was successful with no returns or rejections. My nsave statement shows the deposit was never credited. My balance is unchanged. The funds have been with nsave's banking partner since 2 July. They were not lost and were not returned. Only nsave can release them. An nsave agent acknowledged this exact payment and said the banking partner would be contacted. For over two weeks since, every follow-up has produced only a statement that the matter is escalated and a reply is awaited. No timeline, no explanation, no named contact. I have provided every document requested, including my Upwork Certificate of Earnings evidencing the source of funds. I have today filed a formal complaint with Keel Money Ltd at [email protected], and complaints with the CFPB, the FTC and the FCA. I would much rather this were simply resolved. Could you please help ensure the $28,750.06 is either credited or not and also can you please help me to get my funds into my account, the support is not responding. Thank you, Muhammad Adnan nsave USD account ending 1347 nsave email: [email protected] nsave username: muhamma_adnan7
