We went to Uchiko a couple months ago. The food is great, some of the appetizers we got weren't our favorites but all the sushi and wagyu was absolutely amazing. Loved the fatty tuna collar especially. I think for my fiancée and I, after tip spent like 380

Uchi has gone down hill, used to go every year for our anniversary and the servers started to get kinda rude the food quality just didn’t taste as good as it used to

Mezcalaria is my favorite restaurant in Denver's HIGHLY recommend giving it a try. The tostada with 30 day dry aged tuna 🙌 Also the uni aguachile is to die for

Temaki Den is way better than Uchi Denver (which is a far cry from the quality of most of its other locations)
