Published in the 1950s, a vintage magazine advertisement tells the story of a 21-year-old Norwegian man searching for an older male companion between the ages of 40 and 55 in the United States. Introducing himself as Mr. D from Notodden, Norway, he described his blond hair, blue eyes, and love for music, theatre, and ballet. He also openly mentioned being a member of a homosexual organisation in Norway. 🇳🇴

Written in imperfect but heartfelt English, the advertisement offers a fascinating glimpse into a time when LGBTQ+ relationships faced significant discrimination and legal restrictions. His simple wish to find companionship across the Atlantic reflected both courage and a desire for connection in a world where openly expressing his identity was far more difficult. ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Emma and Sharna have places to be 🤫 They’ll be hosting the TikTok Lives for #DisneyNight. Tune in before the show and during the show for the BTS magic and madness of #DWTS 🤩

The Cardinals hit the Gardner Minshew button at the right time

Charlie Kirk’s last on-camera interview was not about politics. It was about God. Two weeks before his death, he sat down for a movie called Can You Hear Me Now, and for 45 minutes the questions were not about campaigns or culture wars. They were about whether God still speaks through prophets, and Kirk answered like a man who had thought about it deeply.

His answer is the reason to watch. Yes, he said, prophecy is real, a gift that can transform lives. But a word from a prophet should never be an excuse for inaction or apathy. Faith was never a reason to sit on the couch and wait for God to do the work. It was a reason to stand up, get involved, and fight for what is right while you still can.

Before he was a political figure, he was a Christian above all, and this film preserves that side of him forever. Starting October 30, you can watch Can You Hear Me Now on Apple TV, Amazon, and major streaming platforms. His final message deserves to be heard. Go hear it.
