TNHT Staff: @staxxssss_malone —————— Neighbors, check out this story. A 15-year-old Florida girl is facing multiple charges after authorities say she used an artificial intelligence-altered photo to falsely implicate her ex-boyfriend in a threat to carry out a school shooting. ————————— According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Riverview High School in Riverview, on Wednesday after school administrators received an email containing a screenshot of an Instagram post threatening a shooting at the campus. ————————— Investigators initially believed the threatening post appeared to have originated from a male student who attended the school. However, after interviewing the student, detectives determined that he was not responsible for the post. Authorities allege that the threat instead originated from the student’s 15-year-old ex-girlfriend, who previously attended Riverview High School. ————————— During an interview with detectives, the teenager reportedly admitted to sending the email to school administrators. Investigators said she knew the image attached to the email had been altered using artificial intelligence. ————————— The teen’s alleged actions led to multiple criminal charges, including written or electronic threat to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism, unlawful use of a two-way communications device, and disrupting a school campus or function. Thoughts?

🚨 Punjab Bandh Over Drugs, But Dandiya Night at GGDSD College? ISF Questions SDCU! While Punjab stood up against the drug menace, a Dandiya Night was organised at GGDSD College, sparking questions over the timing of the event. 🔥 ISF has raised allegations against SDCU, questioning why the celebration was held on a day when Punjab Bandh had been called against drugs. ISF also claimed that several students could not attend the event due to the bandh. Was the timing of the event appropriate, or should the organisers have considered the situation in Punjab? 👀 When Punjab is raising its voice against drugs, should student organisations also reflect on their social responsibility? Ad | DRINK HRW Everyone has a method. Mine has been shaped by more than 30 years of training, learning and making adjustments. Before I take advice, I like to understand the reasoning behind it and see how it’s worked in practice. Results matter, but so does knowing how they were achieved. This is what’s worked for me. Take something from it, give it a try and see how your body responds. Training legs is about more than moving weight. It’s about control, execution and giving your body the chance to recover. You can’t keep demanding more while giving it less rest. Train hard. Eat well. Sleep properly. That’s the foundation. I’ve also used hydrogen water from DRINK HRW for eight years, and it’s become a consistent part of my routine. Small human studies suggest hydrogen-rich water may support muscular endurance and reduce blood lactate during certain workouts. Researchers are also exploring its effects on oxidative stress—one part of how our cells respond to demanding exercise. For me, it’s an addition to the basics that have kept me training consistently for decades. Make every rep count—and give your recovery the same attention you give your workout. 💪🏾 Want to try what I use? Tap the link in my bio to check out DRINK HRW. 💧
