223 watts NP, 36.7 km/h average for 40 km, held steady from the first minute. That was the plan — and still, I expected a bit more at the end.

Out of the water in 156th, then 28th fastest bike split. 1:05:45 on the bike. Okay, but not the ceiling.

The base from spring is there: first proper cycling camp in Mallorca for me this year, then a Strong #radklassiker Eschborn-Frankfurt straight after. What’s missing is structure. Only a handful of rides on the TT so far, and barely any real structured session to a plan.

Just about 3,000 km since January. That’s where the work sits. 🔜
