Today we laid you to rest, my very first love! Although you were my niece, you were like my baby! We literally grew up side by side, and I loved you from the moment I first held you in my arms!

You did a wonderful job raising your children and instilling in them your love, warmth, courage, and intelligence! They love you to infinity! They are smart, strong, and independent, just like you were!

I will forever have their backs, and I know you already knew that! When I look at them, I see you! It makes me happy and sad at the same time! 🥹
