A few years ago, this would've stayed an office building.

Today, it's being considered for nearly 300 apartments.

If you're thinking about moving to Greater Boston, pay attention to this. The places you'll be living five years from now are being shaped by decisions like this today.

That's why I pay attention to projects like this. They tell you where Greater Boston is headed long before the headlines catch up. It's another reminder that some of the biggest changes in our region happen one project at a time.

If you want to know what's changing across Greater Boston before everyone else does, you're in the right place.

This is such a smart way to explain how today’s decisions shape where people will live next. So interesting!

If the powers that be can figure out how relieve traffic around that area, it should be good. As it stands now, Galen Street is the only path to the Mass Pike and can be gridlocked with cars, bikes, and pedestrians

Get rid of the empty parking lots all over Boston and turn it into housing

I was the property manager of this building for many years! The property has such a great history. Hopefully it will be enjoyed as a residential location as much as it was a commercial office location!

Deportation will free up large amounts of housing and apartments and will lower the cost for renters and buyers but the commie crats will not allow this to happen

Thank you but we need less apartment people who tend to be transient we need more three deckers that supports THE COMMUNITY wh6 is it there are no rules about development in a white area when in black areas sec have gentrification rules the working class Watertown ethnic group is being forced out
