Wouldn’t change a thing 😌 and neither would little chan. Personally feel like I’m making exceptional use of my free will this month 💀
When you go through hard times in life, you really learn who your people are. I feel so lucky to have a handful of friends who feel like family. We have been through it all together, through loss, divorce, the highs and the lows. Yesterday’s Bat Mitzvah service for beautiful Coco reminded me how precious these friendships are and how much life’s ups and downs teach us. If we can lead with righteousness and kindness, imagine how beautiful this world could be. It starts with us, with how we show up for others and how we choose to treat people. 🤍

The habits that support your health are built in everyday moments: what you prepare when time is short, how you spend a break, and the next step you take after a long day. Small, deliberate choices give you something practical to repeat. Make those choices easier before the busy moment arrives. Keep ingredients for a quick meal available, put your walking shoes somewhere visible, or leave a book where you usually reach for your phone. Planning around predictable obstacles can help turn a good intention into an action you can follow through on. Repetition matters because familiar cues help habits develop. Linking an action to something already in your routine—such as preparing tomorrow’s lunch after dinner or reading a few pages before bed—gives it a clear place in your day. Research suggests that repeatedly following these plans can make the behavior feel more automatic over time. Give yourself a manageable starting point. That might be eggs and avocado toast with fruit, a short walk, a few pages outdoors, or a workout that fits the time you have. Choose one action, decide when you’ll do it, and prepare what you need. Each repetition is another opportunity to strengthen the routine you want to build. Save this for the days when you need a reminder to take one intentional step. 🌿👟 🔒 Subscribe to @EatingHealthyToday to unlock exclusive healthy recipes you won’t find on the feed!
2 of my favorite long-term stocks outside of the AI trade 👀 I’m still extremely bullish on AI, but with so much of my portfolio already exposed to it, I’ve been looking for opportunities in other industries. AppLovin: Watching the $250 area Kraken Robotics: Watching the $3 area Both have a lot of long-term potential in my opinion, but patience with entries is key.
