JUNK DUBAI — a monumental brutalist restaurant, by HYPNOS XP.
Set within a vast six-metre-high concrete shell, the 150m² space has been designed to make an impact. At its centre, a reimagined conversation pit forms a sculptural composition of faceted stainless steel volumes with integrated custom tables. Three monumental pyramidal structures emerge from the banquette, rising towards the ceiling. A seven-metre cantilevered counter stretches across the interior beneath the overhanging ceiling structure. Custom lighting and furniture complete the space, all designed by @hypnos_editions.
