Between Two Tables

Summer Périgord truffle is the best treat and it’s cheap.

2 recipes in less than 10min:

🍳 Fried quail eggs with some sliced truffle on top. I use a cookie cutter to make perfectly round and even pieces. Add salt and pepper!!

🍝 Truffle gnocchi: in a pan add butter, two garlic gloves, chopped truffle, and let it infuse. Add some pasta water and then the gnocchis (cream optional).
