‘Calm accessories’ explores wearable relaxation through ear acupressure, body perception, tactile interaction, and invisible technology.
In today’s wearable culture, dominated by health data and constant tracking, information overload can become a source of stress and anxiety. In response, this project proposes a more intuitive form of relaxation that does not rely on screens or data but instead returns to body awareness and sensory interaction.
Inspired by ear acupressure therapy, the project takes the form of modular wearable earpieces that support relaxation through gentle, low-interference interaction, exploring a form of “invisible technology” that integrates naturally into everyday life.
