I’ve spent over $5,000 on red light therapy so you don’t have to. 😂💸 Here are my FAVORITES at every budget, starting at just $169! And here’s the thing... I actually own MORE red light devices than what you see in this video. 👀 Some didn’t make the cut because I genuinely don’t think they’re worth the money, or they are old technology at this point. What does red light even do? ✨ RED LIGHT + NEAR-INFRARED BENEFITS: * Supports collagen production & helps soften wrinkles * Improves skin texture & elasticity * Helps reduce inflammation & redness * Supports muscle recovery & pain relief * Stimulates hair growth * Supports cellular energy & repair
You absolutely do NOT need to spend $1,000 to get started with red light, many of the budget devices have all of the above benefits as long as they are the right wavelengths. The key is consistency!!! ✨ SAVE this for when you’re ready to explore red light therapy. ❤️ Comment RED and I’ll send you my full list of favorites, from cheapest to most expensive! (And fyi, NONE of these brands paid to be in this video, these are all my own personal recommendations of the devices I actually use and like)
با رعایت این نکات بهترین انتخاب رو داشته باش🤌 حالا کی میدونه چه جوری میشه هندونه خوب و قرمز رو تشخیص داد؟؟؟؟؟😅 @samira_ashpaziii . . . . . .
Money can be earned again, but the moments you miss will never return. 🌍✈️ Don’t spend your entire life chasing a bigger bank balance while forgetting to experience the world. Traveling teaches you lessons no classroom can offer, builds confidence, introduces you to new cultures, and helps you see life from a different perspective. And remember, you don’t need luxury hotels or expensive vacations to make unforgettable memories. Sometimes, the simplest journeys leave the deepest impact. Earn to live, not just to survive. Make memories while you still have the time. ❤️
I got to spend the day with a dog in one of the most rural areas of Georgia. I got to spend my day with Tank, who has waited a year in this very kennel for someone to choose him. So we put him in the silly hat, took the funny videos, got the cute pictures But that’s not the reality. And for a moment I was lost in what could be his life, but not before reality could bring me back to what he really lives What broke me is seeing the hope drain from his face He’s like a different dog when he has to go back to being alone And it’s hard to be seen in a sea of other dogs, who might have cooler colors, softer fur, floppier ears, or longer hair. However, what’s easy to see, is his heart when you meet him. He’s lovable, he’s mannered, he’s grateful and he’s ready. He’s ready to start his new life, one that he gets to hear the words “love”, and “good boy” every day. A life where he’s no longer sleeping alone, surrounded by the reminder that nobody is coming for him. Please help us share Tank and get him seen for the very first time. He’s truly special and deserves the world, let’s find it for him- together! #adoptdontshop #help #georgia #shelter 🐾 TANK 📍Rabun Paws 4 Life 🗺️ 261 Boen Creek Rd, Tiger, GA 30576 INQUIRE HERE: http://bit.ly/RMFoster-Adopt
