Whenever I complete any community session, my heart is always full of the learnings and the moments created with the community members, and this session was no less. Being able to talk about mental health awareness and seeing the aama haru open their hearts to learn about self-care and self-love is such a refreshing sight.

The amount of love and blessings I receive when I work with the community can never be limited to a few words. Here’s to battling the stigma around mental health, one community at a time. 💛
