🇮🇳 INDIA: THE WORLD’S FASTEST-GROWING MAJOR ECONOMY. At a time when the global economy faces uncertainty, India continues to stand out with remarkable economic momentum. With the IMF raising India’s 2026 growth forecast to 7%, the country’s journey reflects the strength of domestic demand, a growing services sector, and an expanding economic ambition. From a developing nation with enormous potential to a rising global economic powerhouse, India’s story is still being written. But true progress means more than numbers — it means jobs, opportunity, prosperity, and growth that reaches every Indian. A rising India. A stronger future. 🇮🇳 #IMFViksitBharat #fypppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp #explorepage #bjpindia #fypppppppppppppppシ゚viral

Some California prisons are using virtual reality to help people in solitary confinement experience the outside world. The nonprofit Creative Acts provides VR sessions where participants can explore nature and practice everyday situations. The program aims to reduce stress, support emotional well-being and prepare people for life after prison. While the technology may offer temporary relief, it also raises questions about the long-term effects of solitary confinement.
The new @streetfightermovie is out in theaters on October 16th and y’all already know I had to pull out my Chun-Li cosplay! We went down to @glitchbar.ftl to take some cool pics (of course, featuring the classic Street Fighter arcade games) and I had SO much fun with this! I’m ready and set to FIGHT this Friday. Are you? 💪😉 #StreetFighterMovie
Nicotine pouches or caffeine? I use both strategically. Coffee in the morning. Nicotine in very small amounts during long surgeries for focus. Not cigarettes. Not chronic use. Dose matters. Context matters. Red light therapy or cold plunge? Both powerful. Cold is hormetic stress. Red light is regeneration. If I had to choose long term, I go with red light. Mitochondria win. 8 hours of sleep or perfect HRV? Sleep. Always sleep. HRV is a metric. Sleep is biology. Trackers are accountability tools, not the goal. Brushing after every meal or once before bed? For most people, once before bed is essential. Twice daily is ideal. But brushing after every meal is not smart, especially immediately after eating. Let saliva buffer the pH for at least 30 minutes. Health isn’t about extremes. It’s about timing, dosage, and biology. The O2… huns, I’m still trying to find the words!!! 🩷🐱 Nearly 20 years since we last played here and to come back to 20,000 of y’all singing and dancing with us… I can’t even describe that feeling As an adopted Brit, it felt sooo good to be home. Knowing my mum was out there, my friends, my chosen family, the people I work with… so many beautiful humans I love and j’adore, all there getting to share this moment with us🥹 You just never know where life is gonna take you🪐✨ I don’t think I could’ve imagined back then that we’d be here doing this again all these years later. Such a full circle, pinch me moment and honestly what a beautiful blessing. You all brought SO much love and energy into that room!!! And to our team, dancers, crew, choreographers and every single person who helped make this happen… thank you. There’s so much love and work that goes into getting us up there, and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s part of it. Still taking it all in. Love ya 🫶🏼
