Such an honor to be recognized as Rotarian of the Year by my Rotary Club of Edina. The ability to serve, in itself, is a gift in life, in which I live in daily gratitude. I am so thankful to the club members who assisted in my endeavors along the way and especially my Gala Planning Committee Partner and Chair, Susan Stiles. @susanstiles81 @edinarotary @lisa.thewalkergroup

OK, OK Miami… you showed out.
i moved to san francisco and it’s been sooo crazy!!! 🥹 i honestly didn’t really want to leave Vancouver. my family and friends are there and i have also never lived in another country before. it was such a big change. but something i’ve really loved here is how excited people get about the things you’re working on. i can tell someone about a little app i’m building or a video idea and they actually want to hear more 😭 it’s made me feel a lot less awkward about being so invested in the things i make. also i love my new job and my coworkers!! which has helped so much because there’s a lot to figure out outside of work. my parents helped me get settled in the beginning and then they left and i was like oh okay… i actually live here now lol. still figuring out what my life here looks like outside of my laptop, but i’m really excited to explore more 🫶 if you’re in SF, tell me your favourite places! especially anywhere you’d take a friend who just moved here :) and definitely follow if you want to see more of this journey, apartment hunting and new work vlogs coming soon!! #sf #moving #techgirl

🔥 Could inflammation be affecting your hormones? In clinic, we often see chronic inflammation in women struggling with weight gain, brain fog, bloating, aching joints, fatigue and painful periods. Inflammation can affect insulin sensitivity, ovulation and menstrual cycles. It’s also involved in conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis. 🔬 We always look into the root causes, including gut health, chronic stress, poor sleep, diet and food sensitivities. 💗 Comment BLG and I’ll send you the link to my latest blog on inflammation. #inflammation #hormonehealth #womenshealth #guthealth #hormonebalance
