🖤 The Last Show. 🖤w/ @baritonepoetry @free.k._
It’s hard to put a year of memories into a single caption.🥹
@asopoetry_ has been more than an open mic. It’s been a gathering place, a creative outlet, a family reunion, a first stage for some, and a second home for many. Together we’ve laughed, healed, grown, celebrated, and created moments that will stay with us long after the microphone is packed away.
As we prepare for our final show, our hearts are full. Full of gratitude for every artist who signed the list, every audience member who stayed until the last poem, every feature who shared their gift, and every person who believed in what we were building.
This final night will be an all open mic, giving the community one last chance to share their voice in this space. We’ll also have a special Q&A session with Free.K, an opportunity to reflect on the journey, ask questions, share memories, and celebrate everything this series has meant.
If A Stroke of Poetry has ever impacted you, we’d love for you to come with your stories. Tell us about your first poem, your favorite moment, the night that changed something for you, or the memory that still makes you smile.
