French Boomers dance on the banks of the Seine as bins burn and rioters run the streets of Paris, in a clip being shared as the picture of a generation that will not face what is happening to the country.

This is my first psychological thriller and it was a nice change of pace. Night After Night is screening at @nitehawkcinema tomorrow at 4:15pm as part of @brooklynhorrorfest This business is nothing short of brutal and I can’t help but let that inform the work. Thank you all who have stayed to ride for me and kept the faith all these years. Sometimes I miss being that 20 something girl on the subway heading to multiple auditions a day, different outfits packed in a large Duane Reade bag, darting downtown, around town, and back up again… but I’m trying to accept that the pace and output has changed. It’s beyond you and me. But I still look for the good. Here is some good 💋🥂

The days are finding their rhythm again. Work calls, duties return, the world moves on. But something in me has changed forever. My mother's absence lives in the quiet moments, in the little things, in the spaces she once filled. Nothing stays the same. That is the truth of life. We lose, we grieve, we heal and we learn to carry what we have lost as we walk forward. Moving on is not leaving her behind. It is carrying her with me and finding the strength to live the life she gave me. Life goes on. And so must I. #Mother #Love #Legacy #Strength #LRSM
