4 months agoTruest of words..feel things before they become as such...but it is too much sometimes..really have to find my grounding..🌟🌟
4 months ago4 - The medicine is the far shore - the structure of Capricorn. A shell you choose instead of the one that chooses you. Firm enough to stay open behind, soft enough that the world still reaches you. The crab does not survive by feeling less, but by knowing which shell is its own. The feeling was never a problem, it just needed a structure to hold it. 5 - So if the tide is all the way in this season, if you are holding water and feeling everyone and not sure where you end, nothing has gone wrong with you. You are a body built to feel, in the season built to feel, without enough shell yet. The work is small, and it is yours. One thing you put down that was never yours to carry. One edge, gently built. 6 - Where could you hold a little more shape this season, so you can keep feeling everything without it taking you under?
4 months ago2 - They call you too much, and it makes you angry, but the anger is really because part of you wonders if they're right. That if you let the accusation land, you'd shrink yourself back down to something smaller and quieter and easier for everyone to be around. A more regulated you. A more acceptable one. But “too much” was always the wrong label. You feel the tide before you consciously choose to, it's how you were built. There was never a lock on that door, if there ever was a door at all. The tide answers whenever the moon calls it, the way it always has, the way it was made to. 3 - Once a year the sun crosses the whole sky and arrives back in Cancer, the one place it can fully light you. This is your season and the water is yours. The lid that held the rest of the year lifts off, and the tide goes one of two ways. Too open and you drown in feeling that was never yours, the grief, the tension, the news, none of it separable from your own. Too closed and you build the shell so thick that nothing reaches you and you call the numbness peace. You may tide between the two all season, never quite finding the waterline that holds.
