Raphaël Gromy combines puppetry and portrait-making through Bob, a marionette that creates real artwork. By carefully controlling the strings, the French artist guides the puppet’s movements, making each gesture feel purposeful and surprisingly lifelike. 🎨

The fascination goes beyond the picture taking shape. Bob seems absorbed in the work, turning a portrait session into a small theatrical performance. Behind that illusion is the challenge of creating an image while bringing its tiny artist to life at the same time. 🎭
