Hi I'm Mariah! I'm currently based out of PDX where hula hooping and flow arts continue to be my favorite art form. I've traveled all around the world and US for fire spinning and juggling festivals, skill sharing, connecting with the community and performing with the Wise Fool Circus. I can't wait to connect with more of you through this beautiful outlet!

Mariah will be teaching . . .

Triple Hoop Flow
In my triples workshop we will learn and play with some of my favorite moves with three hoops. We will practice a range of tricks and bring them all together in a fun sequence.

Two Hoops One Hand
In this workshop we'll play with my favorite two hoops one hand moves. This can also be an intro to triples workshop since you will need to learn this to play with more than two hoops. We'll focus on grip switching, schmears and much more!
