Dear HER,

Repeat after me.

"My health is no longer something I squeeze into the gaps of my life.

It deserves a place at the centre of it."

I've heard those words from so many women.

I've said them myself.

The truth is, life rarely hands us the perfect moment.

Sometimes we have to choose it.
