POSTS STORIES REELS

When you’ve been featured in @womenshealthuk almost a year ago and didn’t even know it 🤩🤣

This was the January/February 2024 edition and I didn’t even know that I was in it until now 😊

Ladies my prayer for you is that “your name will be mentioned in rooms that you’re not even in”. God is always working in the background 🙏🏽

She was only 8 years old when her life changed…

For a long time, I saw losing my mother at such a young age as something simply sad and disappointing. I was often told it was something I couldn’t fully comprehend with faint memories of her, yet I felt her love enough for a lifetime.

Now, as a mother myself, I have a beautiful new perspective. I see the gift she gave me and the presence she had in my life more clearly than ever.

That gift was life.

Without even realising it, I’ve always carried a fire within me, a determination to go after what I want, despite the odds and despite the opinions of others.

I call it my purpose.

Life is precious and as a Health Coach, I have the honour of holding space in women’s lives that is never exposed to the rest of the world. Of course I was always meant to become a health coach, inspiring and empowering women with every part of who I am.

So today, allow me to inspire you.
To remind you of who you are and who you’ve built yourself to be.

It might feel like a quiet whisper or a gentle nudge in your heart, reminding you that there is something bigger waiting for you.

Fast forward 30 years, featured in @womenshealthuk and I now host luxury retreats around the world including South Africa, Milan & Jamaica with Bali coming up next…and within my private members health club I have been able to help women change their habits permanently when it comes to their health.

To date I have mentored and coached over 1,000 pharmacists & healthcare professionals globally which has led to success stories like @janemsumba @innerglowclinic who was featured in the @financialtimes or @moradeunoduwole who’s hosted three @womanofimpact conferences in Ireland and hosted her first international retreat in Mallorca this year.

I will continue to speak on international stages, continuing to inspire and positively disrupt the healthcare profession as a whole.

It’s time to shout louder @badassboz said when she visited the UK earlier this year…

Today, I celebrate that eight-year-old her who chose LIFE!

What age were you when you knew everything changed? Share so I can offer you the same encouragement🤗

Yesterday, I became a wife. 🤍

As I stood at Chelsea Old Town Hall yesterday, I found myself reflecting on the woman who walked through those doors.

She didn’t appear overnight.

She was shaped by years of choosing to make space for herself.

Learning to care for her health.
Creating room to think.
Stepping back from the noise to reconnect with what truly mattered.
Giving herself permission to dream bigger.

Those choices didn’t just lead me to becoming a wife. They led me to becoming the woman, business owner, and leader I am today.

It made me wonder how different my journey might have felt if spaces like these had been available to me sooner.

So, to celebrate this new chapter, I want to open three invitations for women who are ready to create space for theirs.

For the woman who needs accountability.
The Health Club is my private weekly accountability community, helping you prioritise your health, build sustainable habits, and become the healthiest version of yourself.

For the woman who needs clarity.
The Working Pause gives you dedicated space to think, gain clarity around your next steps, and reconnect with the vision for your life or business.

For the woman who needs permission to prioritise herself.
The Pause Bali Retreat is an opportunity to step away, reconnect with yourself, and return with greater peace, clarity, and intention.

To celebrate becoming a wife, I’m making these opportunities a little more accessible until Friday.

🤍 Four Bali places available with a reduced £250 deposit using code NEWLYWED.

This week has reminded me that the life you’re dreaming of isn’t built in one big moment.

It’s built through the quiet decisions you make to choose yourself, again and again.

Perhaps this is one of those moments. 🤍

If one of these invitations speaks to you, send me a message. I’d love to hear where you are in your journey.

P.S Here's a sneak peak pending official photos😉🤭

Dear HER,

Repeat after me.

"My health is no longer something I squeeze into the gaps of my life.

It deserves a place at the centre of it."

I know what you're thinking.

"I'll book the retreat when work settles down."

"I'll prioritise myself after the children are older."

"I'll take a break when life feels less busy."

I've heard those words from so many women.

I've said them myself.

The truth is, life rarely hands us the perfect moment.

Sometimes we have to choose it.

This photo was taken while I was coaching a woman surrounded by nothing but ocean.

A few years ago, I couldn't have imagined that becoming part of my life.

Now I know that one decision to pause can change so much more than your diary.

If Bali has been sitting quietly in the back of your mind, perhaps there is a reason.

15 years ago, I was initially diagnosed with PCOS.

And if I’m honest, for a long time, even the name itself never fully reflected what so many women were actually experiencing.

Because this condition was never just about ovaries.

It impacted energy. Mood. Confidence. Metabolism. Skin. Weight fluctuations. Mental health. Hormones. Identity.

So seeing the shift from PCOS to PMOS
Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome
feels significant.

Not because a name magically changes women’s experiences overnight, but because language shapes understanding.

And for years, women have been trying to explain symptoms that didn’t fit neatly into one box.

This shift acknowledges what many women have known all along.
This is complex.
This is systemic.
And women deserve care that reflects the full picture.

At the same time, this conversation highlights something bigger.

Women’s health is still vastly under researched and underfunded.

So many women spend years being dismissed, misdiagnosed, told to “just lose weight”, or made to feel like their symptoms are normal when their bodies are clearly asking for support.

That’s why I speak so much about personalised health within Health in Her Club.

Two women can carry the same diagnosis and have completely different experiences.

Different symptoms.
Different triggers.
Different emotional experiences.
Different metabolic responses.

Women’s health was never meant to be approached with a one size fits all model.

This post breaks down the key changes behind the PMOS announcement and why this moment matters far beyond a name change.

Swipe through and let me know your thoughts.
Especially if you’ve personally navigated PCOS or supported women who have. 💜

You’re not exhausted because you’re “doing too much”…

I hear this time and time again from my ladies..

You’re exhausted because your body has forgotten what safety feels like.
Constantly pushing. Constantly performing. Constantly surviving.
And somewhere along the way, rest became something you had to earn instead of something your body deserves.
Healing isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about teaching your nervous system that it no longer has to stay in survival mode to feel worthy.

Softness. Stillness. Slowing down.
These are health habits too 🤍

The Pause is finally coming to the UK🇬🇧...

For years, women have travelled across the world with me for retreats in Jamaica, Cape Town, Milan… and soon Bali in 2027....

But this time… I’m bringing The Pause Retreat to the UK.

By popular demand, and honestly, in a way that still feels true to the experience.

A luxury private estate set across 100 acres. Curated chef-led meals. Heated pool. Sauna. Massages. Slow mornings. Deep conversations. Space to finally breathe again.

This retreat isn’t about doing more.

It’s about pausing long enough to hear yourself again. To soften. To reset. To leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself outside of the constant noise and responsibility.

Only 6 women will join this experience, with every detail intentionally curated to feel private, spacious and personal.

📍1st–4th October
✨ £2,200

Today was supposed to be the day. 🇮🇩

May 3rd. The Pause Retreat Bali. And I made the call to reschedule not for me, but for every woman who trusted me with her yes.

Because here's what I know after taking women to Jamaica, Milan and Cape Town on this retreat:

The experience starts the moment she books. Not when she lands. The moment she says yes...she's already in my care.

Every detail thought through. Every need is anticipated. Bespoke and personal, even within a group. That's the standard. That's always been the standard. And it always will be.

With the uncertainty across the travel region most of my attendees have booked through, major airline flight cancellations, delays ....what was one the hardest decisions I had to make became the best one.

I didn't reschedule because something went wrong. I rescheduled because everything had to be right. ✨

The Pause Retreat is one experience. Two ways to join us

🌿 The Pause Retreat UK — Winchester, October 2026
🌿 The Pause Retreat Bali — May 2027

Same standard. Same care. Same Pause.

As little as £200 secures your place. So if you've ever thought of joining one of my retreats this is your sign. Link in bio.

She didn’t become “ready” for a marathon overnight… she became disciplined enough to build habits that supported the woman she wanted to become !

Over the past couple of months I’ve had the privilege of supporting @toniahope_ on her marathon journey raising money for @sensecharity

What’s inspired me most isn’t just the miles she’s run, but the way she’s built habits that actually fit her life. Busy schedule, real responsibilities, real life… yet she still showed up consistently, trained with intention, and kept moving forward.

When I asked her what made the biggest difference in getting her to this point, her answer was simple: discipline.

Not motivation. Discipline. The decision to keep showing up even when life is life-ing.

Our work together wasn’t about perfection. It was about creating a framework of accountability and habits that felt sustainable, realistic, and aligned with who she is and how she lives.

3 reminders from her journey:
✨ Discipline will carry you further than motivation ever can
✨ Your habits need to work with your lifestyle, not against it
✨ You have to see the finish line in your mind before you reach it in real life

So proud of you, @toniahope_ 🤍

Unhurried conversations.

Time that bends around you instead of the other way around.

No efforting required.

Just space, time, reflection and women who see you.

I'm holding a space for you.... Your body will tell you if it's time to Pause...Will you listen? by @shereeannmichelle
