We read our perfect storm by carley fortune! We love her as an author, but unfortunately this book disappointed us all :/
- the amount of whale references were a bit much for the story, as the book could’ve been 100 pages shorter without them!
- the romance took too long to develop, and we weren’t feeling the chemistry since George & Frankie were oblivious to each other’s feelings
- we loved George’s love letters at the end though!
Overall, I wanted to LOVE this but it’s was not her best book since we all agreed our ratings sat between 2.5 - 3 stars!
