I met Lidia & Sudhir at my real estate game booth during the Chinese New Year Market. 😊
A few months later, I had the pleasure of helping them become first-time landlords.

We are first-time landlords and Lok walked us through EVERYTHING. She had great pointers on creating the listing, from the rental price, when to raise/drop it, to offer it furnished or unfurnished, to even the small details like staging the unit as beautifully as possible.
She was present for every single viewing and we had peace of mind knowing that tenants would be vetted by her. She was very responsive via text and email weekdays and weekends too.
We felt that Lok had our best interests in mind as she gave us a property evaluation when we converted the unit from primary residence to rental property, and we really appreciated her foresight.
We look forward to working with her again if we decide to sell the unit in the future!
