The Indonesian rupiah weakened to Rp18,009 per US dollar on Friday (October 16, 2026), crossing the Rp18,000 mark for the first time in this reported movement. According to Lukman Leong, an analyst at Doo Financial Futures, the rupiah’s depreciation was driven by escalating conflicts in the Middle East, which pushed global crude oil prices higher. Domestic pressure also came from a sell-off in the Indonesian stock market. The stock market decline followed Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) opening a consultation on a proposed downgrade of Indonesia’s market classification from Emerging Market to Standalone Market.

Toshkent shahrining Olmazor tumani, Sebzor dahasida, Eskijoʻva (Chorsu) bozori va Toshkent sirki oʻrtasida joylashgan tarixiy va madaniy maskan — Abdulla Qodiriy nomidagi Madaniyat va istirohat bogʻi uzoq yillik kechikishlar va rejalar oʻzgarishidan soʻng, hozirda xorijiy investor ishtirokidagi keng koʻlamli rekonstruksiya 1-bosqichiyakunlanib, tez kunlarda aholi foydalanishi uchun topshirilishi kutilmoqda..

Toshkent shahar hokimligi qaroriga koʻra, bogʻ 49 yil muddatga Oʻzbekiston-Singapur qoʻshma korxonasi boʻlgan „BPM Smart Decision Management“ kompaniyasiga ijaraga berilgan. (Ushbu investor poytaxtdagi Gʻafur Gʻulom bogʻini ham rekonstruksiya qilgan).

KONSEPSIYAga ko’ra, bog’ga Shovqinli va ulkan attraksionlar oʻrnatilmaydi. Bogʻ asosan yashil va sokin ekobogʻ (rekreatsiya zonasi) formatida qayta qurilmoqda. Hududda oilaviy dam olish maskanlari, yashil maysazorlar, daraxtzorlar, jilg’alar, ariqchalar, katta-kichik favvoralar bo’ladi.

Investor loyihasiga koʻra, bogʻda bolalar uchun qisman xavfsiz va kichik hajmdagi attraksionlar, shuningdek, milliy uslubdagi imoratlar hamda umumiy ovqatlanish (fud-kort) hududlari tashkil etiladi. Bog’ga kirish hamma uchun bepul boʻladi.

Muammolar va Kechikishlar
Bogʻni taʼmirlash jarayoni 2019 va 2022-yillarda ham bir necha bor boshlanib, muddatlar surilib ketgan edi. Bu orada bogʻ hududining taxminan 5 gektarga qisqargani (yondosh hududlarda mehmonxona va koʻp qavatli binolar qurilgani) jamoatchilik va faollar oʻrtasida norozilik va muhokamalarga sabab boʻlgan.
