My neighbor has ( 2 ) Duplexes....Teco....Tampa Electric Co ran power underground. After they piped it to the duplexes...Final tie in guys came around and said they couldn't hook up to a " Gutter Box.....Why? Seffner Fl 33584 and he was told no modification could be done by an electrician to " Fix" the problem...the problem they wouldn't explain....just said NO....Help me here if you can...Thanks Curt

Why is everyone gassing you up? Im assuming this is not final finish on the floor? Are these couplings visible after the fact? How low is that wiring trough?

Question: why do we install these gutters? Is it for cable management before entering a box? Learning and want to know when it's applicable to use these and when not to use these.
