Lizzy swam with her @hra.swim club team for one of the last times this year before the state championship in July, and she had a good day in the pool. She won her heat in 100 meter backstroke and qualified for the state championship in 100 meter freestyle. This adds to her prior 50 freestyle and 200 freestyle qualifying times, so far. Special thanks to Lizzy's coaches and teammates for making today a success.

Update - she qualified in 200 backstroke on day 2👍
