Eight years on the Lincoln Center stage. That’s not a sentence we use loosely.
Before Crissy taught Pilates, she danced. Eight years of repetition, injury, recovery, and the kind of body awareness that only comes from being watched under stage lights for a living.
She didn’t come to Pilates looking for a new career. She came looking for a way to keep moving without breaking down. What she found was a method precise enough to match what her training had already taught her — and rigorous enough to teach it to others.
That’s the standard we hold our instructors to. Not certification weekends. Years inside a discipline.

Chrissy is so phenomenally talented. She still moves and works like a dancer, and when she's teaching, she pushes you to do more than you thought possible. What a treasure 🙏👏❤️
