S9 TAKES TEXAS! 🚀⚾️
The PBL Champs returned to the Lone Star State! 🔥 A couple weekends ago, New Orleans’ very own Secret 9 hit the road for our 2nd annual retreat, taking over the legendary @thelongtimetexas and @thewishingwellfield in Lockhart. And man, what a ride.
We are beyond grateful for the incredible new friends we made and the absolute honor of sharing the dirt with the @salliesbaseball on Saturday in Lockhart and the @roseofsanantone on Sunday in Austin.
When we started this ball club back in 2018, we never could have predicted we’d become part of such a massive, passionate national sandlot community. But the second we saw what the Longtime was all about, we knew we had to load up our gear and see it for ourselves.
We’re heading back to NOLA with:
Epic memories, a wicked sunburn (totally worth it) and a massive hunger to make the trek again ASAP!
Huge shoutout to our incredible hosts—you all are unmatched! We cannot wait to repay the favor and show you how we do things down in New Orleans.
Extra special thanks to Matt, Tippi, and Howard for turning our Texas baseball dreams into absolute reality.
Until next time, Texas... KEEP IT SANDLOT!
