CHAMPIONS AGAIN! 🏆

The S9 recaptured the crown on Sunday with a commanding 8-2 victory over the 5WW to secure the PBL Championship! This wasn’t just a win—it was the exclamation point on a 10-game winning streak that defines the unstoppable future of this franchise. From our 20-year-old rookies to our 50 some-year-old veterans, this diverse squad proved what grit and unity can achieve, bringing home the second championship banner in S9 history.

We don’t take a single Sunday for granted. To play the greatest game ever invented, in our beloved city of New Orleans, on a sacred field that has hosted baseball for over 100 years, is an absolute honor.

Well, that’s a hell of a wrap for the week. 8 homeruns at St. Patrick Park in Midcity. Hell of a game for Brett Tebbe & Rob Robinson. We played until it was damn near impossible to see with the sun setting over centerfield.

S9 win over Pelicans in a 17–0 shutout, powered by a relentless 24-hit game. The lineup scored in five consecutive innings, and blew the game wide open with an eight-run sixth. They tacked on four more in the seventh.
Stew not only threw a no hitter through 5 innings, but he anchored the run production with a 3-for-4 morning and four RBIs, while Phil racked up a team-best four hits and drove in four RBIs. Multi-hit games from Zack, Carlos, Austin, Caleb, and Bam, who each knocked in multiple runs or reached base consistently. Altogether, ten different hitters scored at least one run with a total of 7Ks across 43 ABs. by @s9nola

It don’t mean a thing, if it ain’t got that swing.
We’re back this Sunday, September 20th at Joe Brown Park. Noon. by @s9nola

Sandlot baseball at its absolute finest. This past weekend, we welcomed the @mississippiflood to New Orleans for a double-dose of great company and even better baseball—under the lights with us Saturday evening, followed by a Sunday morning mashup with players from across the PBL.

Being the sole torchbearers for Sandlot ball in Mississippi, the Flood never hesitates to pack up the gear and travel for the love of the game. A special thank you to Ryan for helping us bring this past weekend to life. #neworleans #louisiana #mississippi #sandlotrevolution by @s9nola

S9 TAKES TEXAS! 🚀⚾️
The PBL Champs returned to the Lone Star State! 🔥 A couple weekends ago, New Orleans’ very own Secret 9 hit the road for our 2nd annual retreat, taking over the legendary @thelongtimetexas and @thewishingwellfield in Lockhart. And man, what a ride.
We are beyond grateful for the incredible new friends we made and the absolute honor of sharing the dirt with the @salliesbaseball on Saturday in Lockhart and the @roseofsanantone on Sunday in Austin.
When we started this ball club back in 2018, we never could have predicted we’d become part of such a massive, passionate national sandlot community. But the second we saw what the Longtime was all about, we knew we had to load up our gear and see it for ourselves.
We’re heading back to NOLA with:
Epic memories, a wicked sunburn (totally worth it) and a massive hunger to make the trek again ASAP!
Huge shoutout to our incredible hosts—you all are unmatched! We cannot wait to repay the favor and show you how we do things down in New Orleans.
Extra special thanks to Matt, Tippi, and Howard for turning our Texas baseball dreams into absolute reality.
Until next time, Texas... KEEP IT SANDLOT!

Big game Sunday. The Spring ‘26 season comes to a close tomorrow with a rematch of the Fall ‘25 Championship game. No doubt, there will be a battle of the bullpens, but the S9 win steak continues since week 3. Let’s get the W!! #neworleans #louisiana #baseball by @s9nola

The Spring ‘26 Season has come to a close, as we advance into the SemiFinal Playoffs this weekend. #neworleans #louisiana #baseball #hardpitch #woodbats by @s9nola

Get out the Crawfish, Camille! Another monumental walk off homerun from Carson Briggs, this one a grand slam, called by our very own @pblneworleans commentator Ryne Hancock. The S9 secure the W and head to the Semi-Finals. by @s9nola

Another W to keep the streak alive!

S9 v Beef Sliders turned into an exciting match up this past Sunday. Ray, Stew and Brad powered a truly relentless offensive display, combining for six hits, five runs scored, and three RBIs to lead an exhilarating charge. Shout out to @raymond.culotta and @stewcampbell38 for their towering home runs to RF! Both Coach @philminissale and @mpancamo12 stepped up with critical, run-producing hits to provide crucial support and maintain the momentum. Are you not entertained!!! This game was a fantastic show of lineup depth against Jeremy’s outstanding complete game performance, but alas they’re lineup couldn’t string the hits together to stay on top. #neworleans #baseball #hardpitch #woodbat #louisiana by @s9nola

Crawfish and baseball in New Orleans. Can’t think of a finer way to celebrate a Sunday. by @s9nola
