@newmansa94 still wonders why he didn’t get a title after his six fight win streak, and knocking out three ranked opponents in 2024

“I feel like I could have had an opportunity a long time ago to fight for that title... I was fighting. I was winning. I was knocking people out. I would really like to know why I didn’t get the shot over JDM.”

🇮🇳🇨🇳 | Fresh diplomatic tensions have emerged between India and China after Beijing strongly objected to New Delhi's decision to officially standardise the names of 28 strategic locations and geographical features in Ladakh.

On October 2, 2026, India's Ministry of Home Affairs announced standardised names for 28 locations, including mountain peaks, glaciers, valleys, passes and other geographical features. The list also includes Gogra and Hot Springs, two sensitive areas along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) that were at the centre of the 2020 military standoff between the two countries.

China responded on October 13, calling India's decision illegal and invalid. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning stated that Beijing does not recognise the Union Territory of Ladakh, which India established in 2019, and reiterated China's territorial claims in the western sector of the disputed boundary.

India, however, firmly rejected Beijing's objections. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal reaffirmed that Ladakh is an integral and inalienable part of India, stressing that China's denial cannot change India's position on the territory.

According to reports by The Indian Express, the Indian government clarified that the naming exercise was carried out in consultation with the Ladakh administration and local stakeholders to ensure accurate identification of geographical features on official Survey of India maps and improve public awareness.

The development comes against the backdrop of the long-standing India-China border dispute, which escalated significantly following the deadly Galwan Valley clash in 2020. Although both nations have since undertaken military disengagement efforts and diplomatic discussions, disagreements over territorial claims and the LAC remain unresolved.

The latest exchange highlights how even the naming of geographical locations can become a sensitive diplomatic issue between two neighbouring powers with competing territorial claims.

Another milestone for Crown Princess Ingrid Alexandra is coming up! 🥰

On Thursday, 22nd October, Ingrid Alexandra will make her debut at the annual government dinner at The Royal Palace.

And as you all know, the government dinner is a white tie event, which means another tiara appearance for our future queen.

Do you think Ingrid Alexandra will opt for the Bucheron pearl circle tiara once again, or will we see her in a new tiara? ✨

King Haakon and Queen Sonja will also be in attendance. As it was announced last week, Queen Mette-Marit won’t have many official engagements until next summer, and she will not attend the government dinner.
