Herb and pistachio crusted rack of lamb cooked until perfectly pink, served with a shallot and red wine jus and boiled minted potatoes. On the outside this is intimidating to make but it really is just a few simple steps. Full free recipe is on my website - link in my bio if you want to check it out ! Wine from @chateauqueyssard - my favourite red wine. #cooking
