It was inspiring to meet so many passionate young people from the Western Balkans and beyond and hear their perspectives on Europe and the world. Together, during our youth policy dialogue, we discussed the themes that participants had co-created, ranging from foreign interference, their role in peacebuilding and the region’s place in Europe’s future, particularly when it comes to EU enlargement. Our discussions highlighted their perspectives on today’s geopolitical challenges, and their expectations of the European Union. The world will soon be in their hands, and their voices matter to contribute to innovative solutions and promote a more inclusive and sustainable world. Thank you all for your passion, curiosity, great conversations, good laughs, and all the book recommendations! I hope to see you again in Brussels, or wherever your European journey takes you.

Because the most beautiful thing we can leave behind is the difference we make in someone else’s life. 🤍🪽 Soon, I’ll be on my way to Japan to proudly represent the Czech Republic at @missinternationalofficial 2026. 🇨🇿🇯🇵 I am especially grateful that the @missinternationalofficial platform gives me the opportunity to raise awareness through my SDG project, Advancing Pediatric Palliative Care, a cause I have been personally dedicated to since the age of 15 and one that holds a very special place in my heart. A cause that deserves greater understanding, compassion, and above all, a voice. Thank you all for your love, support, and for being part of my journey. I can’t wait to return to Japan and make every moment count. ❤️ • @missinternationalofficial @beautiesforsdgs @missczechrepublic @tatanamakarenko • mua @chokun.mua & hair @mash_lii • dress @gl_garlatedesign & studio @monglongstudio • crown @senyrbijoux • #missinternationalczechrepublic2026 #advancingpediatricpalliativecare #pediatricpaliativecare #makingadifference #missinternational
