For me, Naza was just a reminder to continue centering Palestinian voices.

I think it’s important to record these confessions of course. But everything they covered in Naza has already been exposed by Palestinians, so I didn’t personally find Naza impactful. But you can watch it and decide for yourself. I’m not saying you should or should not watch it. I’m just saying Palestinians already told us about everything in Naza.

Kako pripremam karabatak?
+recept za tortilje i coleslaw salatu 🥗

Marinada za meso:
(pakovanje karabataka od 400+ gr) @perutninaptuj_srbija
malo pakovanje grčkog jogurta
kašika senfa
kašika paradajz paste
4 kašike ulja
začini (so/vegeta, paprika, beli lug j prahu, biber)

Tortilje:
400g brašna
300ml jogurta

Coleslaw salata:
-rendani kupus (za nas dvoje izrendam 1/4 glavice kupusa)
-4 rendane šargarepe
-kašika senfa
-4 kašike majoneza
-4 kašike grčkog jogurta
-so i biber
