Time has a strange way of feeling slow when you’re living through it, yet incredibly fast when you look back. One moment you’re celebrating the beginning of a new year, and before you know it, another one is already approaching. As people get older, years can seem to pass even faster because daily routines become more familiar, making it harder to distinguish one period of life from another.

Psychologists suggest that our perception of time is influenced by memory, attention, and how many new experiences we have. Childhood often feels longer because nearly everything is new, while adulthood can become repetitive as responsibilities and routines take over. Looking back at how quickly the 2020s have passed is a reminder that time keeps moving regardless of whether we’re ready for it. The fact that 2030 is now closer than 2020 is genuinely hard to process. 😭

Binance has suspended all withdrawals after the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange fell victim to an industry-record heist.

The exchange put the 'estimated total impact' of the hack at about $6.3bn and said that it had frozen some $3bn of affected assets.

An 'initial investigation' suggested hackers had been able to compromise an engineer’s laptop and withdraw funds from the platform, Binance said, adding on Friday morning that further investigation 'has uncovered additional points of breach'. The company is working with law enforcement.

TOUR MERCH, Y’ALL!!! We were so excited when we saw the tour merch yesterday that we wanted to share some of it with the first fans in line outside the venue. Our very own @jesse_d_leach joined in the hang! There’s so much more with shirts, shorts, pins, patches, cozies, etc.! It’s all baked to perfection and ready for everyone who comes out to the shows (which got started with a bang last night)!!! 📸: @manalivecreative@gmail.com

There is only so much you can take.

I’ll get into the mechanics and logistics at another time but the generally summary is:

1. I will keep my passport
2. I’ll be in Canada 5-6 months per year
3. My business will remain here and under my direction
4. I’ll pay one final departure tax
5. Most of my income will be low to no tax moving forward (legally, yes)

I will never understand why some people don’t speak up about watching their country be plundered. Anyway, Happy Halloween everyone.

Behind at the break.
