FRIDAY POLE COMBOS -June pole combo from my Friday 9PM class at Karma Studios. (Base version w/o mods)
Teaching while working through injury has reminded me how important it is to keep showing up, adapting, and growing. Every class has been a chance to reconnect, challenge myself (and others), and keep doing what I love.
So grateful for everyone who has come out to train with me and trust me in their journey. Your support means everything. You are appreciated. KEEP GOING! Practice is progress.
