A premiere to remember. 🤍 A night of lessons, resilience & surrender. We’d spent a week planning every detail: clothes, jewellery, makeup, photography. Everything was ready for Thursday at 7pm… until 5pm, when an issue with my outfit meant I couldn’t wear it! Two hours to go. No backup. All hell broke loose. Then came the reminder: when things aren’t going according to your plan, they’re going according to His. And His plan is always the best. Calls were made, everyone scrambled, and the only desi formal outfit in my suitcase was this white shalwar kameez I’d already worn before. We looked at it and decided: we’re making this work! The chaos, the energy, everyone pulling together on hope… and somehow, it became one of my favourite looks, loved by so many of you too! We made it on time, in full desi glam. 🤍 Indeed, He is the best of planners. You HAVE to trust Him, be grateful even when things don’t go your way, and surrender. His best is unmatched. To everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes to make us look our best, thank you. @miral029, @minahil.abrar, @aleekhanmakeup & @zeeshantariq.official, extra love for this one! 💕 @hanifjewellers, jewels elevated the whole look. 💕 @faizruh, “har joray ka apna naseeb hota hai.” This one was meant to shine this way. 💕 Thank you for making Mango Jutt’s premiere so special with your love and warmth. Now playing in cinemas across Pakistan, take your loved ones, and keep the love coming! 🤍
And then, just like that… there was light. I don’t think I can quite explain how this feels. For so long, our little cottage has been a building site. Dust, rubble, endless jobs, setbacks and the occasional moment of wondering what on earth we’ve taken on! But last night, for the very first time, the lights went on in the extension and well everywhere! And suddenly, she looks like a home. ❤️ It’s such a simple thing, seeing those lovely warm lights glowing through the windows, but goodness me, it means so much. We’re not there yet. Not by a long chalk. But we’re getting closer, and moments like this make every bit of the hard work worthwhile. I think I might have a little lump in my throat. 🥹 Our little Welsh house is slowly coming back to life. And I blooming love it. Right Christmas tree anyone??!! Too soon? 😂😂😂 Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone. ❤️ xx #LittleWelshHouseAndChapel #WelshCottage #CottageRenovation #RenovationJourney #OldHouseLove WelshCountryside RestoringOldBuildings CountryCottage CottageLife MakingAHouseAHome RenovationProgress OldHouseRestoration
