Day 8! Our last day before we leave :(( not much happened today just had a fun time shopping and driving around Maryland. We also went to my uncles restaurant for dinner on the docks. Very yummy and fun! Today was a nice day (trip haul of everything I got coming soon chat). I donttt wannnaaa leaveee!

But there are no good or bad foods in the context of your overall diet. When you actually look at the content of the food you eat and apply it to the context of everything you eat you are able to understand what a supportive food choice is. Knowledge dictates your choices, not marketing. If your diet is nutrient dense and moderate in calories you can still enjoy any food you wish.
