Dragging my feet this morning and read this scripture. Sometimes during the course of our week, we're just so tired and just want to sleep in. But you are not only flesh, you are also spirit. Let me encourage you today to feed your spirit by going to church today and being around those in the body of Christ to put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness and get the Word.

It's just what you need. 🙌🏾
