The SMASH Program is a residential STEM experience that helps students strengthen their academic skills, expand their leadership, and grow through community.

During my time there, I learned in a way that stayed with me, faced challenges that pushed me forward, and met people who changed how I see my future and myself.

When applying to SMASH, I never expected the experience I would receive. This program has shown me what growth looks like when you are willing to be challenged and supported.

I gained the opportunity to introduce and moderate a panel of professionals, built a brotherhood that means a lot to me, and learned more about myself and who I am becoming!

I am grateful for the opportunity @smash_program has given me and everything this program has allowed me to experience!

I also want to thank my teacher @thesocialblenerd for supporting my journey and writing my endorsement, and my family for always encouraging me and standing beside me throughout this experience.
