Year 3. 24 hours later, the first picture STILL describes this year in 1,000 words. I’m so grateful & blessed. God, THANK YOU for allowing me to play another season full of health, love, passion, joy, community, and so much more. When I pray before every game, I thank God for ALL the highs & lows because I truly mean it. I’m still numb from how it ended, but I realize not many get to experience this in just their 3rd year in the league. I’m BEYOND PROUD & have absolutely NOTHING to hang my head about. Every loss is a lesson & sometimes it’s not NO, just NOT YET. Delayed, not denied. Trust me, I’m HUNGRY for more. Having a historic career year was special, but being surrounded by people who genuinely love & care about me meant even more. To my team, I LOVE YOU. To the fans, THANK YOU! To my REAL friends & family, you’ve been my rock my entire life. We win together & we lose together. WE WILL BE BACK. Atlanta, you’ve meant the world to me in just 7 months. I pray I get to experience this kind of joy forever. ♥️ Back to work! See y’all in 6 months. ⏰ Mom, I’m so grateful I got to experience this moment with you. Every high, every low, every emotion, you’ve been right here. I love you more than words could ever explain. 🖤
I used to think I had to choose one thing. I always wanted to be a stay at home mom. But the itch to build something of my own and help provide financially for my family, never went away. I’m learning now that I can pursue multiple dreams, and you can too. ❤️ Inspired by @jun_yuh
Hey Family! WE WON!!! ❤️✨ What an incredible honor to take home the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Show Host! I am beyond grateful and humbled. This award belongs to every single person who made SHERRI possible — my amazing team, our guests, our viewers, and everyone who has supported us. Thank you to the @DaytimeEmmys for this incredible recognition, and thank YOU for welcoming me into your homes, laughing with me, growing with me every day. I never take a moment like this for granted. God’s favor, hard work, and an amazing village make dreams come true! ❤️🙌🏾 WE DID THAT!!! 🏆🎉 #DaytimeEmmys #SherriShepherd #SHERRI #TalkShowHost #BlessedAndGrateful

This Tuesday, California proves that we don’t take a knee to anybody. When I started this campaign, we were underdogs. But in a free and fair democracy, it’s the people who decide: the farm workers and firefighters, the teachers and tradesmen, the small business owners and service workers. It’s you. And we’re about to make history. 📸 @respectivecollective
HYROX BIRMINGHAM 💪🏼💚 What a day, what an experience! Im SO proud of us! I haven’t pushed myself like that for a long long time! Run total 8k - 38 mins 19 secs is phenomenal in itself for me because I’m not the strongest runner! First girls in our category and 1 hour 10, 12 seconds 👏🏼💪🏼 unreal! Absolutely gutted we got disqualified, when you’re blowing out your arse and so focused it’s easy to make a mistake and we’ve got to take it on the chin. When you’ve trained so hard for something and gave it everything you have on the day it’s really disheartening but thankfully we didn’t find out until after else I defo would have spat my dummy out before we finished. We added time on for ourselves on the sled pull because we thought we were done and we weren’t so we had to run back and do one last length which was fine but we wasted time. But then we thought farmers carry was the same as burpees and lunges but it wasn’t it’s 2 laps so we missed 1 lap of farmers carry which resulted in a disqualification 😣💔! Time wise it wouldn’t have made much difference and that’s what we went for! It’s the fastest we’ve ever done it, the best we’ve ever performed and I’m proud of keeping up with my pocket rocket setting the running pace 💪🏼 If I can take anything from my first comp it’s to be a bit better connected with what’s going on so I don’t make any mistakes again but we live & learn 💚 We had a fantastic day, our husbands and children were there cheering us on and we’ve raised a great amount of money for @macmillancancer 💚 Thankyou to everyone who donated and supported us. Onto the next 🔥
