One of the questions I get asked the most is, “What’s your favourite country?”
After visiting 75+ countries and hundreds of places, I still don’t have one answer. Or at the very least, my whole top 10 is constantly being shuffled and rearranged as I gather experience. This being said, by looking at this list, you can probably tell I have a soft spot for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Pakistan, Iraq and a few others. All for various reasons.
Every destination stands out for something different, whether it’s the history, the food, the landscapes, or simply how much it surprised me.
So instead of choosing one favourite, I gave out a few unofficial travel awards. I’m curious to hear your picks too

You should have added "best architecture " category, I'm curious what would you pick (Lahore, Samarkand, Niš?)

I’m not sure which Paris you visited but if you’ve truly traveled to 78 countries, there’s no way Paris is the 2nd dodgiest city you’ve visited.
