These 10 simple habits changed my body composition, energy, and relationship with food more than anything else. If you want support, structure, and workouts designed for this stage of life, my Lean Transformation Challenge is happening right now! Comment “YES” and I’ll send you an invitation. Join me and thousands of women who get it! 6 weeks of strength training, mobility, flexibility, and real conversations about food and longevity. I wish I knew this sooner: 1. Prioritize protein at breakfast 2. Eat the same meals on repeat 3. Add sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented vegetables to simple meals for more flavor + gut health 4. Add plain Greek yogurt to meals for extra protein 5. Snack on blueberries, watermelon or green apples 6. Drink electrolytes 7. Add medjool dates to your midday meal to manage late-night sugar cravings 8. Eat 95% lean beef + sweet potatoes (instead of a big salad) for lunch 9. Eat dinner between 5-6pm when possible. 10. Plan an after dinner walk when possible ➡️ Choose 2 that stand out to you. ➡️ Try them consistently for 30 days and let me know what happens. 😉
Everything seasoning belongs in sourdough. 🥑🍞 Especially when the next morning’s breakfast is avocado toast topped with hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, and a little salt and pepper. That crisp crust and soft middle were made for this. For these two large loaves, I added 40g of everything seasoning to my double batch. That’s 20g per loaf, with 600g of flour in each loaf. For a smaller loaf, try starting with 10g and adjust to your taste. I mixed mine in while mixing the dough so it was easy to distribute, but you can also fold it in during your stretch and folds. Want seasoning on the outside, too? After shaping, lightly mist the loaf with water and coat it with everything seasoning before placing it in your banneton. Keep the salt in your seasoning blend in mind. You may want to reduce the salt in your dough, especially if you’re coating the outside, too. Save this for your next sourdough bake! What would you put on your first slice? 🤍 #Sourdough #EverythingSourdough #AvocadoToast #HomemadeBread #SourdoughBaking
