Quad Collective was built around a shared love for movement, and this summer has been all about putting that passion into practice. Here’s what we have been up to…
🤍 Addy has been working at The Works Sweat Studio in Charleston while completing her Mat Sculpt teacher training.
🤍 MC has been working at Tremble in Charlotte and is preparing to begin instructor training this January.
This fall, we’re taking Quad Collective overseas as we study abroad in Barcelona, Spain. We’re excited to experience a new studios, explore movement across cultures, and continue sharing everything we learn along the way.
Wherever we are, our goal stays the same: to inspire movement, connection, and balance.
