@ilanamuhlsteinrd Nobody hated their body more than I did.

I cried in dressing rooms and cut myself out of every picture.

I’ll never forget my rock bottom. I was well over 200 pounds and exhausted from years of dieting and failing.

I was doing burpees and mountain climbers, but all I could see were the rolls and stretch marks I hated. I felt like they were keeping me from the person I knew was in there: energetic, full of light, excited to get dressed, and happy to be in the photos.

After years of pain, shame, and struggle, I finally decided to take control—to stop giving up on myself and go all in.

I realized I was spending as much time whining and wishing things would change as it would take to track my food and walk for 30 minutes a day.

For the first time, I saw progress without feeling like I was suffering. I ate more food, not less. Every healthy choice and swap made me feel proud, not deprived.

If you’re wondering what finally helped me stop starting over, comment METHOD and I’ll share the exact 5-step loop I use every day to lose weight and keep it off.

Share this prayer with someone when you care about ❤️

Pearling in Dubai was an extraordinary experience 💙
