The mind is an inexhaustible and powerful treasure. Use your mind. Believe and trust that great things can come out of your mind. The world awaits the gifts of your mind.

Everyone need creatine?? Most people think creatine only for athlete…BUT that not trueβ€¦πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ Creatine good for everyone!! Have TONSSSS benefits… Creatine help: β€’ Provide energy for muscle & brain β€’ Increase power and strength β€’ Increase muscle size (intramuscular water) β€’ Help with age-related muscle loss β€’ Maybe increase focus and memory β€’ Maybe help with sleep/ sleep deprivation β€’ Maybe help with bone density β€’ Maybe help with concussion recovery β€’ Maybbbbe even help with depression Muscle & performance benefits super well established…LOTS proof….cognitive/ behavioural benefits promising but still need LOTS more research…not enough for β€œproof” Creatine is NOT a substitute for medical treatments/medication. PLEASE listen to physician, psychiatrist or health professionals!! Most research say best dose for muscle/performance 0.1g/kg/day…historically people use 3-5g/day BUT different people, different size, need different dose…. Make sense that 6’5 man need different dose than 5’5 woman… Brain research still new but most likely need WAY MORE creatine to get brain benefits…most study use big dose (0.2-0.4g/kg/day)….that LOTS creatine!! Creatine safe & effective for: β€’ Adults β€’ Elderly β€’ Women β€’ Teens β€’ Children But just because safe don’t mean β€œneeded”…..if teen not eat/hydrate/sleep good…then creatine not necessary…master basics then think about creatine!! Me partner with @purevitalabs because me use 10+ years, trust ingredients, trust quality!! Want more? FollowwwwwπŸ‘πŸΌ #ad #oogabooga #cte #creatine #sportnutrition
