We’re excited to announce another successful permit approval for MZK Architecture & Design!
Our latest project is a 20,000 SF commercial tenant improvement near SFO, featuring an 8,000 SF office and a 12,000 SF warehouse for an innovative technology company.
The project was designed to maximize the value of the existing building by retaining major building systems where possible while providing a comprehensive interior refresh. This approach helped streamline the schedule, reduce construction costs, and deliver a modern, functional workplace tailored to our client’s needs.
We’d like to thank the City for their collaboration throughout the permitting process. Their partnership was instrumental in navigating the requirements associated with tenant occupancy, including updates to utility infrastructure such as water service connections, helping keep the project moving efficiently.
We’re proud to support another growing Bay Area business and look forward to seeing construction get underway.
