In a massive show of support, marked by an impressive turnout, the Delta State Commercial Motorcycle and Tricycle Operations Association (COMTOA) has endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, and all APC candidates in Delta State, reaffirming its support for the party and its candidates ahead of the forthcoming elections.

Hiking with friends and went to the wreckage of a 1954 plane crash site near Mount Success, in the New Hampshire White Mountains. Wow 😮 to see what the condition was and what was left behind more than 70 years later. The survivors were rescued after 45 hours by an Air Force 🚁 Thank you @alyssawherryobrien for telling me about this and wanting to do this hike (it’s about 6.5 miles out and back) and the crash is slightly past the summit.

Elon commented after Tesla’s Next-Generation Roadster reportedly hit 60 mph in under one second and even pulled off a ‘kickflip’ over a fleet of Teslas during its reveal.

This doesn’t mean doing more sets at a higher RIR is “wrong” if you prefer it.

But most people focus too much on simply counting total sets, and not enough on how those sets are actually executed.

Fewer sets pushed very close to the limit can often match or exceed the hypertrophy “volume” of more sets performed further from failure, even if it doesn’t look like nearly as much on paper.

P.S. If you want to learn exactly how to put this into action and build your best physique while spending less time in the gym, my complete TrainWise system gives you everything you need.

Inside the app you get:

- Structured low volume high intensity programs (2-4 days per week, works for beginners to advanced)

- Step-by-step progression for consistent strength gains

- Simple nutrition targets (no extreme diets or restrictions)

- Workout tracking, exercise tutorials, and 150+ recipes all in one place
