“I will not forgive Wole Soyinka, Olusegun Obasanjo and Gani Adams for the loss of our boys” — Singer Brymo makes allegations over c¥ltism in Nigerian universities Nigerian singer Brymo has called out Nobel laureate Professor Wole Soyinka, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Gani Adams over what he described as their alleged roles in the history and spread of secret cults in Nigerian higher institutions. In a series of social media posts, Brymo accused the three men of contributing to a culture that has cost young Nigerians their lives. “I will not forgive how Wole, Olusegun, and Gani Adams killed our boys,” he wrote. The singer particularly challenged Soyinka to publicly address the origins of secret societies in Nigerian universities and explain the intentions behind their formation. He also questioned Soyinka's legacy, arguing that the Nobel laureate should speak about the activities of these groups and their consequences for Nigerian students. Brymo further referenced Fela Kuti, contrasting what he described as Fela's efforts to protect young people with Soyinka's alleged involvement in the problem. The singer insisted that he would continue speaking about the issue until those he named addressed his concerns.
#BlackLove! Papoose is giving God all the glory for bringing Claressa Shields into his life! ❤️🙏🏾 During the Bars on Wheels: A Journey to Save Hip Hop Red Carpet Screening in #Atlanta, #Papoose was asked by @SpiritualWord host Nia Celé (@theniacele) what #God has done for him in this season of his life, and his answer was none other than #ClaressaShields! The rapper described Claressa as an amazing woman and his queen, admitting he never saw their relationship coming. He shared that meeting her made him realize just how much God loves him. “When I met her, I was like, yo, God really loves me,” Papoose said. He went on to explain that Claressa has been a breath of fresh air in his life and has inspired him in ways he struggles to put into words. Despite being someone who always has something to say, Papoose admitted that when it comes to Claressa, even he finds himself speechless. Our Favourite shots from our Armenian chapter. For this chapter, we wanted every frame to feel unmistakably Armenian. Mount Ararat. Khachkar carving. Lavash made by hand. Armenian ballet. Ancient textiles, traditional movement and symbols that have carried meaning for generations. Christianity is deeply woven into Armenian identity, from its ancient churches and monasteries to the stone crosses carved into khachkars. Armenia was the first nation to adopt Christianity as a state religion, and that history is still visible everywhere. We went deep into the details for this film, including UNESCO-recognized traditions, centuries-old crafts and cultural references that only make sense because of where we were. Nothing was chosen by accident. Thank you to everyone who opened their doors, shared their history, their craft and their culture with us. Կեցցե Հայաստանը 🇦🇲 Long live Armenia.
